## Discrepancy

AFTER NR 1 & 2 ENG START STRONG OIL ODOR WITH HAZE IN CABIN,  REPORTED BY MULTIPLE F/A'S COULD ALSO SMELL IN FLIGHT DECK.  FOUND APU GEN DRAIN PLUG LEAKING.  REPLACED SEAL WASHER PER AMM 24-23. (LP 8655628, 1794180 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
