DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO LAS DUE TO LEFT ENGINE OIL TEMP IN THE AMBER BAND DURING CLIMB.  REPLACED LEFT OIL PUMP, AIR OIL COOLER, FUEL OIL HEAT EXCHANGER AND CONTROL VALVE. OPS CHECK GOOD.(8869388)(AIRCRAFT GROUNDED)
