19ABC OVERHEAD EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.   FOUND WIRE CONNECTION BEHIND CEILING PANEL DISCONNECTED.  CONNECTED THE WIRE IAW WDM 33-51. OPS CHKD GOOD. (8725098) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
