DIVERTED DUE TO,  DURING CLIMB, ANTI-ICE WINDSHIELD CAUTION APPEARED.  ATTEMPTED RESET BUT CAUTION MESSAGE REMAINED.  TROUBLESHOT IAW TSM 30-42-00-810-803-A. FOUND LT WINDSHIELD AT 362 K OHMS. R & R LEFT WINDSHIELD IAW AMM 56-11. WHC BITE & WINDOW HEAT OPS NORMAL. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE. (LP: 8956962, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
