## Discrepancy

ON THE ARRIVAL TO DTW, THE ACFT HAD A NOSE DOWN PITCH. THE ECAM FOR FLT CONTROL ELAC 2 PITCH FAULT COMPLIED WITH ECAM & QRH.  IAW AMM 27 93 34, TSM 27-93-00 810 867 710-001, REPLACED ELAC 2. OPS TESTED GOOD.  PERFORMED EFCS AND SIDESTICK TESTING, NO FAULTS.  AFS LAND III TESTING SUCCESSFUL AMM 22-96 22-97.  (LP: 9211561, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
