EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED IN 3 ROWS IN AFT OF THE AIRCRAFT. WILL NOT EXTINGUISH. FLIGHT DECK SWITCH IN ARMED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGER M2627 REF B737 AMM 33-51. LET BATTERY CHARGE OPS TEST NORMAL. (8992906) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
