FLOOR PROXIMITY EMERGENCY LIGHT ATTACHED TO SEAT 30D WAS DETACHED FROM UNDER THE SEAT.  SECURED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING. CHKD GOOD. IAW AMM 33-52. (LP: 8963817, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
