DURING HFEC INSP. ON CUT OUT OF UPPER SKIN. STRINGER 2ND HOLE FROM CUT OUT IS CRACKED. ALSO CUT OUT ON STRINGER 24 CUT OFF WHEEL DAMAGE AFT ON CUT OUT.   REPLACED STRINGER 24L PER ERA 637291-14 REV A. STEP 14, AND SRM 51-40-02. (1855525) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
