AFTER ENGINE START, AFT FA'S REPORTED STRONG DIRTY SOCK/MUSTY SMELL IN AFT GALLEY AND LAST 2 ROWS. SMELL REMAINED WITH PACKS ON R ENG BLEED, L BLEED ALREADY DEFERRED. C/W SMOKE AND FUME W/C 0550-2001 WITH NO ISSUES FOUND. DUE TO REPORT OF FUME ONLY IN AFT GALLEY NOTICED ODOR ONLY WITH AFT GALLEY HEATER ON. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT GALLEY HEATER PER A220 AMP 21-42. NO SMELL OR DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. OK TO CONT. (LP# 8983822; AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
