## Discrepancy

LOWER FWD FUSELAGE, FWD CARGO BAY AT FR 31 BTWN STR 40R AND STR 42R, FRAME ANGLES WITH CORROSION.  FOUND DURING PROCESS OF ORNRC 100-251.  REPLACED THE SHEAR TIES (2EA) AT FR31 BETWEEN STGR 40R TO STGR 42R IAW SRM 51-72-11-911-001, REV 159 AND DWG D53231712, ISSUE C, AND DWG D53231533, ISSUE A. (LP: 1883138, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
