## Discrepancy

ON CLIMB OUT, AFTER RETRACTING GEAR, CREW OBSERVED DECREASING HYD SYS PRESS & SYS INDICATOR LIGHTS.  CREW FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURES, DECLARED EMERGENCY & LANDED SAFELY.  UPON LANDING IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE LT MLG RETRACT ACTUATOR WAS LEAKING.  REPLACED THE ACTUATOR.
