## Discrepancy

ON DEPARTURE FROM TPA THE FLAPS WOULD NOT FULLY RETRACT.  CREW DIVERTED TO MCO.  LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL.  CITATION SERVICE CENTER-MCO TROUBLESHOT TO RIGHT INBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR.  REPLACED FLAP ACTUATOR WITH OVH UNIT.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
