ENROUTE THE CREW NOTED A VIBRATION & HAD A LT GENERATOR FAIL MESSAGE SHORTLY AFTER.  DIVERTED, LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL.  REPLACED LT STARTER GEN.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
