## Discrepancy

ON APPROACH TO RIL CREW NOTED FLAPS WOULD NOT DEPLOY.  CREW DELCARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO GJT.    MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED RIGGING ON LEFT INBOARD FLAP, OPS CHECK GOOD.
