## Discrepancy

PRIOR TO POWER APPLICATION ON TAKEOFF THE NR 2 ENGINE ROLLED BACK. CREW EXITED THE RUNWAY AND RETURNED TO RAMP.   MTN REMOVED AND INSPECTED ENGINE.  FOUND FUEL NOZZLES UNSERVICEABLE.
