FWD ENTRANCE FRONT CUTOUT ACCESS FOR VERTICAL TORQUE TUBE HAS TWO CRACKS.  REMOVED AND REPLACED DAMAGED SECTION PER B727 SRM 51-30-2.  SIZE OF MATERIAL USED 10 X 8 INCHES.
