INFLIGHT ENGINE FAILURE NR 1 ENGINE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE IAW DHL B727 MAINT TASK MANUAL NR 1 ENG CHANGE WORKSHEET.  RAN ENGINE PER JRH 7.9, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
