## Discrepancy

WHILE BRINGING POWER UP FOR TAKEOFF WITH AIRCRAFT CONFIGURED, GOT CONFIGURATION HORN AND SYSTEM THEN TESTED BAD ON TAXIWAY.  ABORTED TAKEOFF.  CYCLED FLAPS, TAKEOFF WARNING SYSTEM, OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 31-26-00.
