ENGINE NR 3 SYSTEM B-FIRE DETECTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  PERFORMED ABNORMAL PROCEDURE CHECK LIST.  SWITCHED TO SYSTEM-A SYSTEM TESTED NORMALLY.  FOUND SHIELD FOR FIRE LOOP CONTACTING B-LOOP.  CLEARED SHIELD, OPS TESTED NORMALLY.
