COCKPIT DOOR LATCH INOPERATIVE.  FOUND COCKPIT DOOR PLUNGER MECHANISM STUCK WITH DUST AND DIRT DEBRIS.  CLEANED AND LUBRICATED MECHANISM.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  REF M/M 52-50-01 A/C OK FOR SERVICE.
