DURING CLIMBOUT OF CVG, NR 3 DETECTOR CIRCUIT GROUND LIGHT ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY THEN REMAINED ON.  FOUND LOOP CONTACTING LOWER ENGINE COWL.  RE-SECURED LOOP.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL IAW M/M 26-21-0.
