CLEANED, TREATED, PRIMED AREA AND ANGLE DOUBLER IAW SRM 51-1-8B.  INSTALLED ANGLE DOUBLER IAW SRM 51-1-21, SRM 51-1-20D, SRM 51-3-1 (TORQUE).
