NR 3 K-FLAP HAS SMALL GOUGE ON LOWER I/B EDGE.  DEFECT WAS BLENDED IAW B727SRM 57-50-1 DETAIL 4 GOUGE REMOVED, MINIMAL MATERIAL LOSS.
