UPON ROTATION, DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, F/O ADI STUCK IN PITCH UP POSITION.  RUNWAY FLAG STILL IN VIEW ON LANDING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED ADI AND RERACKED INSTRUMENT AMPLIFIER, OPS CHECK OK PER M/M 34-20.
