LOUD VIBRATION FROM FRONT RIGHT SIDE OF AIRCRAFT AT 280 KTS IN CLIMB.  FOUND EXTERNAL POWER DOOR OPEN, INSPECTED DOOR PER M/M 52-00.  NO DEFECTS NOTED, DOOR CLOSED.
