IAW MM PERFORMED SPOILER OPERATION CK INSPECTED RIGGING AND LINKAGE PERFORM SPOILER ELECTRICAL OPS TEST VISUAL INSP OF SPOILER PANELS AND CABLES AND SWITCHES.  SYS OPS CK NORMAL IAW MM 27-60-00. ACFT WAS GROUNDED.
