FUSELAGE STA 1749 LONGERON HAS RT EXISTING REPAIR IN POOR CONDITION.  REM AND REP WITH PERMANENT TYPE REPAIR IAW APPROVED DATA.  INDICATS REINSPECTION INTERVAL IF REQUIRED.  REMOVED EXISTING REPAIR AND INSTALLED FABRICATED REPAIR DOUBLER IAW SRM 53-2-1, FIG 7 SHEET 4, 23, 24 AND SRM 51-1-11, SRM 51-1-26. SRM 51-1-21.  SRM 51-1-20 AND SRM 51-3-1. THIS IS A CLASS 1 REPAIR INITIAL INSP 4000 REPLACEMENT N/A  METHOD VISUAL INSP, NEXT INSP. 35840 HOURS.
