AIRCRAFT IN CRUISE AT 410 FT LOST OIL PRESSURE ON NR 1 ENGINE AND ENGINE SHUTDOWN.  AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT DESCENDED AND LANDED AT SRQ.  PRELIMINARY REPORT INDICATES BEARING FAILURE.
