ON LANDING CREW REPORTED HYD LOW LEVEL LIGHT WITH 0 QTY INDICATED.  BRAKES FAILED AND EMERGENCY BRAKING WAS USED.  MAINTENANCE FOUND A LOOSE HYDRAULIC LINE AT THE PYLON.  THE LINE WAS TIGHTENED
