## Discrepancy

IN FLIGHT, CREW REPORTED CABIN HEAT INOP AND BURNING SMELL IN REAR OF CABIN.  MAINT FOUND THE CARPET IMPROPERLY TUCKED BEHIND THE SIDEWALLS AND BLOCKING THE HEAT DUCT HOLES.  THE CARPET WAS ADJUSTED AND THE SYS CHECKED SATISFACTORILY.
