## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH FL200 THE CABIN LOW PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED.  MAINT FOUND A TY-WRAP LODGED IN THE OUTFLOW VALVE.  THE DEBRIS WAS REMOVED AND SUBSEQUENT OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SUCCESSFUL.
