## Discrepancy

DURING FLIGHT CREW REPORTED STRONG ELECTRICAL SMELL IN THE AIRCRAFT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND A DEFECTIVE ELECTROLUMINSCENT PANEL.  THE FAILED EL PANEL WAS REPLACED.
