## Discrepancy

PRIOR TO ENGINE START, CREW NOTED SMOKE FROM A VENT ON THE TAIL OF THE ACFT AND SMELLED A STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR.  MX FOUND THE VAPOR CYCLE MACHINE MOTOR BURNED UP.  MOTOR WAS REPLACED.
