## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED IRS AND FMS FAILURE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.   MX FOUND NR 2 IRU TO HAVE SMOKE IN IT WHEN IT WAS OPENED UP.  THE IRU WAS REPLACED.
