DIVERTED DUE TO NO PITCH TRIM NO SPOILERS AUTOPILOT DISCONNECT COM LINK FAIL DURING CLIMB OUT AT 28,000. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  TS TO AND REPLACED #2 FCE. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY NO DEFECTS NOTED.
