AT HMV2, FOUND NR 4 L/E SUPPORT RIB IS CRACKED UPPER LEG.  REMOVED FASTENERS AND CLIP, STOP DRILLED, FABRICATED DOUBLER REPAIR PER 57-54-00 FIG 809, AND INSTALLED PER SAME.
