AFT 3 SECTIONS OF EMERGENCY PATH LIGHTS REMAIN ON WITH SWITCH IN OFF POSITION.  FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSY L622 OVER AFT STAIRS DEFECTIVE.  REPLACED-OPS NML.
