INSTALLED LT SPLICE.  COMPLETED INSTALLATION OF RING AND RT SPLICE.  REPAIRED PER M/M 53-11-0.  OK TO INSTALL LOWER CLOSE OUT WEB 5 O'CLOCK TO 7 O'CLOCK.
