WORKING MCO - REFUEL PANEL QTY INDICATORS INOP.  FOUND CANNON PLUG TIED BACK AND CAPPED D1756 SHORTED AND BURNED.  REMOVED CONNECTOR AND TERMINATED WIRES AND TIED BACK HARNESS.
