## Discrepancy

PREFLIGHT CHECK, FOUND LEFT FORWARD OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT HATCH WINDOW OUTER PANE BROKEN.  REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE DOOR FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.  SDR UNDER INVESTIGATION.
