## Discrepancy

AIR TURNBACK DUE TO NR 3 ENGINE START VALVE LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING CLIMBOUT.  FOUND STARTER VALVE AT FAULT.  ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO STARTER AND STARTER ADAPTOR.  REPLACED STARTER VALVE STARTER AND STARTER GEARBOX ADAPTER.
