DURING RAPID DECOMPRESSION AT FL350, O2 MASK DID NOT DROP AT SEAT 20DEF.  CLEANED FLANGES ON PSM DOOR AND PERFORMED DROP CHECK PER M/M.  CHECKED GOOD.
