## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE, HAD ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL AND SMOKE COMING FROM FLIGHT ENGINEERS PANEL THROUGH GASPER FAN SWITCH HOLE.  DEACTIVATED CIRCUITS, ODOR CEASED.  FOUND P4-22 PANEL SHORTED TO GROUND.  REPLACED PANEL, OPERATION NORMAL.
