DURING CRUISE, RIGHT FORWARD OVERING EXIT DOOR WINDOW OUTER PANE SHATTERED AND DEPARTED AIRCRAFT, LANDED DEN.  WINDOW WAS REPLACED.  REMAINS OF SHATTERED WINDOW ROUTED TO ENGINEERING FOR EVALUATION.
