AT CRUISE LOSS A-HYD SYS QTY AND PRESS NR 4 SLAT DID NOT EXTEND ON LANDING.  REPLACED NR 4 SLAT ACTUATOR, NR 1 AND 2 ENG DRIVEN HYD PUMPS AND FILTERS.
