ON DEPARTURE, RT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, TRANSIT LIGHT ON AND SECOND OFFICER'S PANEL NEVER ILLUMINATED.  REMOVED ICE BUILD-UP ON RT GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR, LUBED GEAR AND DOORS, PERFORMED GEAR SWING AND OPS NORMAL.
