DURING INSPECTION, RT ELEVATOR WAS FOUND WITH T/E DAMAGED AT 27 TO 63 INCHES FROM THE O/B END.  REPAIRED DAMAGED UPPER SKIN PER SRM 55-20-3 FIG 2.
