A .25 INCH VISIBLE CRACK UPPER FWD END OF RT AFT SERVICE DOOR.  REPAIRED PER SRM 52-40-2 FIG 4, INSTALLED DOOR ON AIRCRAFT AND LEAK OPS CHECK OK.
