SYSTEM-A QTY WENT TO 0, SYS-A HYD PUMPS WERE TURNED OFF PRIOR TO LOSING PRESS.  TOWED FROM TAXIWAY.  NR 5 LE FLAP ACT FAILED.  REPLACED LE ACT, CHECK CASE DRAIN FILTERS OK.
