## Discrepancy

ON APPROACH OUTBD FLAPS WOULD NOT EXTEND.  MADE MISSED APPROACH.  FLAPS EXTENDED NORMAL ON SECOND ATTEMP.  FLAP OPERATIONAL TEST NORMAL ON GROUND AND VISUALLY INSPECTED NO DEFECT FOUND.
